Before marriage or pregnancy, find out about infections you could pass to each other or to a baby, genetic carrier status, and which vaccines you may need. Come together or separately — each report is private.
Our staff speak Mandarin. You are welcome to message us on LINE in English.
WHAT IS CHECKED
The most important tests are the ones with no symptoms that can still affect your partner or baby.
Chlamydia and gonorrhea often have no symptoms but can cause infertility. Thalassemia carriers usually just have small red blood cells and don't know it. Without rubella antibodies, infection early in pregnancy can harm the baby.
All of these can be handled if found early: infections treated, vaccines given, carrier status discussed with a doctor. That is why we suggest testing 3–6 months before trying for a baby.
Blood, urine, glucose, liver, kidneys, blood fats, thyroid, plus blood type and Rh.
Hepatitis B, HIV, syphilis, chlamydia, gonorrhea. If treated, both partners need follow-up.
Thalassemia and G6PD deficiency. Thalassemia only matters for the baby if both parents carry the same type.
Rubella and chickenpox antibodies; AMH (egg reserve) or semen analysis as add-ons.
Why should both of you test? Testing one person cannot show a baby's thalassemia risk, and treating an infection in only one partner lets it pass back. You don't have to come on the same day, and reports are given separately.

HOW IT WORKS
Message us on LINE or call. Tell us which tests you need — a photo of your company's form or your doctor's list is fine.
Bring your passport or ARC (Resident Certificate). Tests are self-pay; you do not need an NHI card or a doctor's referral.
Blood is drawn by a licensed medical technologist and takes only a few minutes. Some tests need 8 hours of fasting — water is fine.
If your blood is drawn before 09:30, the electronic report can be ready the same evening. We explain any results outside the normal range.
FAQ
No — you can come on different days, and reports are given separately. We do recommend both of you test, because one person's results cannot show the full risk.
3–6 months before trying for a baby. If you need a rubella or chickenpox vaccine, you should avoid pregnancy for 4 weeks afterwards, so testing early gives you time.
Both packages include glucose and blood fats, so fast for 8 hours (water is fine). Antibody or infection add-ons alone do not need fasting.
No. Each report is separate and only you can collect yours. Sharing it is up to you.
No, premarital checkups are self-pay. Some cities offer subsidies for newlyweds or couples planning a pregnancy — ask your local health center.
