Before and during weight-loss injections, know your numbers
Before starting Mounjaro (or another weight-loss injection), check your liver, pancreas, thyroid, blood sugar and kidneys, then track them during treatment. One blood draw; take the report to the doctor who prescribes it.

WHY TEST
Why test before and during the injections?
These tests match the organs the drug label asks you to watch. A baseline before you start makes changes easy to see later.
Liver: AST, ALT
Your liver's starting point; fast weight loss can also affect the liver and gallbladder.
Thyroid: TSH
Thyroid function affects metabolism and weight. Check for over- or under-activity before you start.
Blood sugar: HbA1c
Your average blood sugar over the last 2–3 months, showing diabetes or prediabetes.
Kidneys: creatinine, eGFR
Nausea, vomiting or diarrhea can dehydrate you and affect the kidneys.
Metabolism: blood fats, uric acid
The complete panel adds 4 blood fats, uric acid and fasting glucose.

Book
Message us on LINE or call. Tell us which tests you need — a photo of your company's form or your doctor's list is fine.

Bring your ID
Bring your passport or ARC (Resident Certificate). Tests are self-pay; you do not need an NHI card or a doctor's referral.

Sample collection
Blood is drawn by a licensed medical technologist and takes only a few minutes. Some tests need 8 hours of fasting — water is fine.

Get your report
If your blood is drawn before 09:30, the electronic report can be ready the same evening. We explain any results outside the normal range.
FAQ
Before you come
Do I need to fast?
The basic panel does not need fasting. The complete panel includes fasting glucose and triglycerides, so fast for 8 hours (water is fine).
How often should I test?
Once before you start as a baseline; after that, follow your prescribing doctor's advice. We keep your past reports so changes are easy to compare.
Can you prescribe Mounjaro?
No. We are a medical laboratory: we do tests only, and do not prescribe or give injections. Please see a doctor about the medicine.
What if a result is flagged?
Take the report to your doctor, who will decide whether to change the dose. Do not stop or change the dose yourself. We can explain the numbers first.
